• What the product is, roughly, and how the team ships it today.
• What prompted the message — a specific failure, a slow release, or a general sense that testing is not paying off.
• Whether tests already exist, and whether the team trusts them.
• A rough timeframe, if there is one.

None of it needs to be polished. A few honest sentences are more useful than a formal brief.

There is no contact form

Deliberately. A form here would collect and store details on a server that has no business holding them, and it would need cookies and third-party scripts to be useful. Plain email keeps the correspondence in your own mailbox, under your own control.
